I appreciated the regular updates she provided, including photos and videos about how my dogs were doing. Safety was one of our main concerns and her dedication and willingness to accommodate our needs made the experience a positive one.I would definitely use her services again.”

“Kristin was excellent with my dog Oscar. This was my first time with her and I was a little nervous because there was a cat in the household and Oscar doesn’t usually get along with other pets. He also has never really interacted with a cat before. Thankfully they got along great and Kristin provided me many updates throughout the boarding. Oscar had a lot of fun-he had plenty of additional toys and people to play with. Kristin was attentive to his needs, would recommend and use again.”

“Elaine was able to accommodate Enzo at the last minute for a 10 day trip. I was hesitant leaving him with someone he didn't know and what if he got separation anxiety and didn't eat. It was my first time taking a trip with him in my life (will be 2 in May) and not seeing him for almost 2 wks. But, Enzo was in great care. She has a lot of experience which made me at feel comfortable that he was going to be well taken care of. Enzo loved her home and got along with the other dogs. He felt comfortable and didn't show any separation anxiety. I was told he was a sweet boy whole time. I felt better knowing next time I wouldn't have to worry as a fur mom about how will her dog feel if left him again. Enzo was such a happy boy in her home and didn't want to leave his buddies that he met behind. Thank you for treating Enzo as one of your own and making us feel at ease when we were out the country.”

“Two words regarding Jay. True Professional. Jay was great from the very first interaction with him, responding super quick and was very informative answering every question or concern we had. We had him watch Bella our female boxer for 10 days while on vacation. He would send pictures and updates every day keeping us very informed and putting our minds at ease. We were very happy with the service and care he gave Bella. We feel that our dog was very happy and comfortable with Jay, and would definitely go back to him and recommend him for anyone! DogVacy should take note of how Jay runs his business have him mentor other people looking to get into this type of work. Again a true professional.”
