“We took a trip to NC and I needed a dog-sitter short notice after finding out no pets were allowed at our destination. I decided to give Rover a chance since my options were limited. I reached out to Candace and few others to solicit their services. Candace responded back promptly and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pup in her care. She provided updates throughout my dogs stay with her and was even completely understanding when I made a booking error due to it being my first time using Rover. My pup enjoyed her stay and I will definitely be using Candace again!”

About: I love animals. My family rescued a greyhound when I was growing up and she was the best pup and really showed me my love of dogs and caring for them. I am a stay at home mom, I home school my 9 year old son, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I am pretty available. I live in a single family home on Ft. Belvoir. Your pet is free to roam our house like a family member, or I can crate them if that is what you prefer/where your pup is most comfortable.
6. Jen W.
“Jen is kind and caring about the dogs she sits. Her older dog and Bella do well together. So does the other dog who is also older than Bella. And she has enough indoor space and outdoors on deck and grass for the dogs to have variety in their surroundings. She also walks them 2 or 3 times a day, another plus. And her doggie healthy biscuits that she bakes has Bella begging for more!!”
7. Casey W.

“Remi is my service pet. I had to attend my father's funeral at the Arlington Memorial Cemetery and need a last minute day sitter for Remi. We'll let's just say it's a bird, it's a plane, no it was super Arinna S to the rescue. She was awesome and took very good care of my precious Remi. If I'm ever in the DC area again Remi told me he wanted to visit again. Thank you again, Arinna S.”

“I am delighted to share my heartfelt testimonial for Kimberly, who has been an exceptional caregiver for my beloved Golden Retriever, Holly. From the moment I met Kimberly, I knew she had a genuine passion and love for animals. Her warm and caring nature immediately put both Holly and me at ease. Throughout the time Kimberly spent with Holly, I witnessed her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and genuine affection for my furry companion. Kimberly consistently went above and beyond to ensure that Holly received the best possible care. She provided a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring Holly's physical and emotional well-being were always a top priority. Whether it was long walks in the park, engaging playtime, or ensuring Holly's dietary needs were met, Kimberly's attention to detail was truly remarkable. What impressed me the most about Kimberly was her ability to establish a deep bond with Holly. It was evident that Kimberly took the time to understand Holly's unique personality and catered to her individual needs. Under Kimberly's care, Holly thrived, and it was evident that she felt loved, secure, and happy. Not only was Kimberly an outstanding caregiver, but she also kept me regularly updated on Holly's activities and well-being. Her excellent communication skills and willingness to address any concerns or questions I had provided me with peace of mind, especially when I had to be away from my furry friend. I am eternally grateful to Kimberly for the love, care, and dedication she showed Holly during their time together. She truly became an extended member of our family, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate caregiver for their beloved pets. About: I have two rescue dogs and volunteer with rescue dogs almost every weekend. I love to bring our dogs on long walks, play in the dog park, play with toys in our home and cuddle on the couch. I’ve handled dogs from 5 pounds to 70 pounds and have never met a dog I haven’t liked or couldn’t handle. I’m not scared of a dog with a lot of energy and a strong pull and will do my best to tire them out. Also - because of my two dogs I know all of the best places to bring dogs in the neighborhood. Your dog will always be in good hands with me because nothing makes me happier than a happy dog and that’s what I strive for.
