She took great care of my two Maltese dogs and made our first-ever boarding experience very comfortable and easygoing. One of my dogs is reactive and Arya managed to earn his trust right on our first meet & greet, and continued going above and beyond to make their stay extremely comfortable and fun. “Sarah & her family were absolutely amazing with my bishon-poodle mix, Austen. I desperately needed to find someone I could leave Austen with that would provide me with the peace of mind that he was okay while I was in Vancouver for a week. As soon as me and Austen met Sarah he took to her, it seemed like the perfect match. I was still a bit concerned only because Austen is a rescue and has terrible anxiety when I’m away from him and does require special attention. Sarah kept me posted the whole trip with pictures of Austen running and playing with news friends; of him cuddled up to someone on the couch or of him in his bed! After the first day I wasn’t worried in the slightest; I got check-ins from Sarah saying how Austen was adjusting, pictures and general updates. I hope that next time I’m out of town I can use Sarah and her family again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for boarding or daycare!! 🐾🐶🙏”
