“Simply wonderful!! Yi, Ta and Irene made our Aussie a part of their family with daily walks and rope tugs while we were off-island for about a week and a half. Having frequent photos and videos of our girl playing, eating, sleeping and whatever else, showed that she had become comfortable with their family and made our trip that much more pleasurable, knowing that she was in good hands! Our pup came back to us well adjusted and happy from the constant attention! We would definitely use Yiye, Ta and Irene again and would recommend their services to others!”

“Tracey was super patient with all our pre-visit inquiries & requests. She met w/us beforehand to introduce her mom and show us the room where Bootsie would be housed. Tracey’s mom was a very loving & attentive pet sitter!! Even tho she has two cats of her own, she thoughtfully provided a separate litter box & scratching post for Bootsie’s visit. She was very sensitive to his initial nervousness & gave him extra TLC at the beginning of his stay. We really appreciated the daily photos which Tracey texted every day & have already inquired as to Bootsie’s next stay w/them!!”

But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family. “This was our first time having a sitter for our doggie, so we didn’t know what to expect. Cheryl was very reassuring that everything would be ok. She is organized and very helpful with a list of things to take with us when we dropped off Socksie. She asked for emergency contacts in case of emergency. She texted me daily with updates and photos which made us feel that socksie was in good hands. Socksie is not the easiest dog to watch, but Cheryl had the knowledge and experience and found solutions when things didn’t go as planned. We are so happy that we found Cheryl on Rover!”
