“Amy took our Great Pyranees for three days. Our GP is a new rescue, so she is not very predictable and still hasn't been to a groomer.... but Amy managed to understand her and love on her. She sent updates and pictures regularly and treated our girl like part of her family. Amy's flexibility was valuable behond words for us, given the circumstances. 100% recommendation 💛💛💛”

She sent photos of them playing and having fun in her yard while we were away which put our minds at ease about leaving them in a new place. When we picked them up they were happy and healthy. She responded immediately to all text messages, even talking to me on the phone to ease my nervousness about how Rover works before we booked (this was our first time using Rover). When I realized that I had entered the wrong time for pick up, she was very accommodating and took care of the change in Rover for me. We will definitely use her for our next trip!”

We could tell how happy she was from all of the pictures and videos Brittney sent us. We would love for Brittney to watch Heidi again in the future!”
