I was very hesitant with any boarding service as we’ve had previous bad experience on Rover with our older dog. But Si Yu was amazing!!! He took the time to explain everything to us when we were dropping her off, and quickly got our puppy used to him and his lovely family! We loved the daily photo updates. We were rest assured throughout our entire 5 day trip from the moment we dropped her off to pick up. We knew she was in great hands with a loving family. Her house is in a beautiful neighborhood where she takes her clients on walks.
