About: I have had dogs and cats in my home since I was a child. I've had 2 Huskies (at the same time) so I know what it's like to control strong dogs who love to run. My current dog is small who loves nothing better than to have a pal to play with. All of the dogs I have had have lived out their lives well into their senior years. Some with health challenges. I will be kind and loving to your dog while in my care treating them as I would my own. I'm currently retired and looking to fill my days with work that will keep me active and fulfilled. What better way than to do something I love! My home has a fenced backyard with direct access from the house. For overnight care I have no issues if your pup wants to cuddle up on the bed at night. I live in a great neighborhood for walking with access to parks and forested areas.

“Easiest 5⭐️ I’ve ever given! Melissa and Brian are an amazing couple who took such great care of our boy Lincoln. They took the time to ask lots of questions and made sure he would be a good fit for their pack. We did a single trial night (June 18-19) as it was our first time leaving him and they were kind enough to send us lots of pictures & updates on him. He was one tired boy on Sunday but he had a great time! This past weekend they had our big guy for 3 days and when he got out of the car he was SO EXCITED to see them. It definitely reassured us that we made the best decision to send him to Melissa & Brian. He was so loved and spoiled! We’re so happy that our boy is happy, loved, and treated like he was one of their own, and we will forever be bringing him back to you guys! 💙 Highly highly recommend you book with Melissa!”

“Carolina did a wonderful job looking after our Dash. This was his first time staying in someone’s home. Dash had some trouble adjusting over the first couple of days and Carolina was very patient and kind and did her best to make sure Dash was comfortable. Dash finally settled and they had a great week together. Carolina was in daily communication with us including updates and photos/videos. We will definitely use Carolina next time we need a dog sitter!”

“My 8 month golden stayed with Nicole for a few days. We started with an initial phone call about my pup’s likes/dislikes and behaviours, if any aggression, toys etc- and then a Meet and Greet. My dog has only stayed with one other sitter a couple times, and Nicole provided many updates and pics about their time together. She asked the necessary questions about crate time when unexpected behaviour arose! Even with a wet weekend, & when my dog decided to have a mud bath at the dog park, she took care and got her clean, thank you!”

“Highly recommend Snigdha!! Our dog typically goes on a hunger strike when we’re away, but Snigdha made sure his tummy was full with kibble toppings like cooked ground beef and eggs at each meal. She kept us updated with frequent photos and videos, which made me feel comfortable and confident our pup was in great hands the entire time we were away. Snigdha has a spacious backyard for the dogs to play, a clean, dog-friendly home, and her golden retriever Loki has an excellent temperament and is a new favourite friend for our Charlie.
