I'm already booking with her again in July. She definitely has a compassion for animals. It's nice to find someone who cares for your animal as much as you do.”

“Elisa and John are absolutely wonderful and so good with our princess dogs Bao and Lacy. Elisa accomodated their feeding habits and prepared cooked chicken for them every day, took them out for walks and let them play when they wanted. Bao is always timid and shy but opened up quickly to Elisa. We appreciate the frequent updates, photos and videos, and felt so relieved we found such a great person to take care of our pups while we were away for a few days. We highly recommend Elisa and would definitely bring our pups to her again!”

“I'm another first-time Rover user who was apprehensive about boarding my cat. Yaroslava's kind and sweet demeanor put me at ease and left me confident that my pet was in good hands throughout his stay. While I was away she provided photos and videos showing my cat playing with her, looking relaxed and comfortable around her, and generally having a good time. When I went to pick him up he seemed totally at home in her place. Yaroslava was very accommodating and courteous and the logistics of things too (I was late for the scheduled drop-off and felt horrible but she was really good about it). Litter box, food and water bowls, etc, had been thoroughly cleaned when I did the pick-up. If I end up needing someone to look after my cat in Edmonton again, I know she's someone I can confidently and comfortably leave him with.”
