“If you’re looking for peace of mind, Amanda is the way to go! Not only did she calm my anxiety, she also made sure our fur baby felt welcome during the whole stay. She not only listened to my requests but she also made sure that my pet stuck to its regular schedule, no matter what that looked like! Highly recommend!”
2. Sarah R.
About: Notice: I require proof of a current rabies vaccine prior to booking. Your fur baby will receive the same love and care as my own. I've always had dogs and cats in my life and I have experience with all kinds of breeds, including pit bulls, retrievers, and terriers. I can accommodate most dogs, but I cannot board dogs who have a high prey drive. I require a Meet & Greet before your first booking. I live in a typical Detroit-area brick ranch with a fenced backyard (privacy fence against a chain link). I never leave dogs outside when I'm away from home and although the yard is fenced, I supervise and play with my guest dogs when they're outside. Please send me a request if you are interested in booking. I'd love to set up a "meet & greet"! Thanks for considering the Howliday Inn! Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover my whole life. I've owned a Springer spaniel, two Labrador retrievers, and an American bulldog. I have experience with many breeds and can handle just about any dog. I've hosted everything from teeny little 7-pound terriers to a 150 pound Newfoundland. I no longer have a dog of my own, so dog sitting lets me be a dog mom a few days at a time. About my yard I have a typical suburban Detroit backyard - fenced on all sides with a gated driveway. I have a large deck on the back of the house and a small/medium grassy area. Although my yard is fenced, I never leave my guest dogs unattended while they're outside. My experience in administering medication I have only administered oral medication. My main job is pet sitting and walking, so your baby will receive lots of love and attention from me. Please see my schedule for availability. I ask pet parents about routines and feeding schedules. In my home, I use a baby gate to keep dogs from escaping out of open doors. My back yard is fenced and I supervise dogs when they go outside. I have a large crate for dogs who need to be crated when left alone or for dogs who are comforted by being crated. I only use a crate for dogs who use them at home. When I’m house sitting, I take a similar approach, but I also double-check the home is secure when I leave.

4. Danielle L.
“Danielle is great with animals (all breeds) and extremely trustworthy. I've had dogs that had special needs (medication) and Danielle showed me she was confident and efficient in administration. She's overall knowledgeable and super friendly. You can tell she loves all animals. I'll definitely be having her watch my fur babies in the future!!”

6. Ely S.
“Ely and Jon are amazing! My puppy has the best time! Ely shared a couple of pictures and videos of them playing and just having a blast - exactly what I wanted for my puppy! Ely also fed my puppy when I was running behind and he accommodated my being a tad late form pickup. I strongly recommend him for your doggy's care needs! We'll surely be back to chill with Jon and Ely again!”

9. Rebecca S.
“Becky has always loved on our Molly whenever we have needed her to. She takes such good care of her and is always willing to be flexible. Molly can be rambunctious at times and Becky always takes it in stride and has cleaned her up if she gets muddy or gets in the trash. She truly loves and cares for animals and it definitely shows . The last time she had my dog, she came home with a sweater because she looked cold. Truly the best dog caregiver!”
10. Susan S.
“Susan, thank you for taking care of my dog. I think he was comfortable with you although it was his first time being with you all day.”
11. Kalee Y.
“Kalee and her family did a great job on short notice for a two-day daycare booking. It was Remi's first time with them but we were able to have a meet and greet the week before and that went very well. They liked him and I'm pretty sure he felt the same way. Makes me feel quite comfortable for our original booking which is two weeks away. Glad to have someone close by who can look after Remi when we just don't want to leave him for an overly long day home alone; he doesn't like that very much. Thanks, Kalee!”
12. Kayla C.

15. Bridget C.
“Bridget does an amazing job with my 2 JRT’s! She has watched them a few times now and is very reliable. She’s taken them on walks, played with them in the yard and has even helped with some training! She also sends photos which I love!”

20. Kellie K.
About: I have grown up as a kid with dogs and cats, now taking care of 2 of my own! Tucker is a 3 year old chocolate lab who loves to play. Chief is our 4 year old indoor cat and he loves to sit in the sun. I currently have a flexible full time job working from home and would love to discuss options that you may need as far as sitting, boarding or even a play time visit. I have a small home with a double lot to play, although my yard is not fenced. A crate can be provided. I also know the stress of making sure your pup/kitten is not left alone for long periods of time and that is why I am here to help.
