“She was very helpful for two cats. I requested extra help on cleaning my longhair cat everyday and timely feeding with prescribed foods. Sarah did excellent care for my longhair cat. Also she took care of my two cats with lots of love. I could see my cats happy and relaxed faces on the videos and photos she shared. Sarah was flexible on pick up time which was also very helpful as well.”

“Look no further for a dog sitter!❤️ Lina and Christian are two of the most dog loving people we’ve ever met. We left our little Hammy with them for two nights and they welcomed him with open arms and yummy dental treats - which he loved! What we especially appreciated was that within the first 15 minutes of us leaving, Lina took Hammy on a walk and sent us a bunch of adorable photos of him with new doggo friends! ❤️ Beyond that, she kept us updated with many more photos of Hammy getting cuddles, enjoying peanut butter filled Kong treats, pets and more! She was even good about doing his ear meds. She was quick and easy to communicate with and we couldn’t imagine leaving him with anyone else! Thank you so much!”

“It was my dog Astro's (25-pound shih-poo) first time staying with a dog sitter and it was one of the best experiences, all thanks to Joana's family. I had done extensive research and taken Astro to many meet and greets however, the moment I met Joana, I knew her family was the right fit for my fur baby. Upon our meet and greet, she made exceptional efforts to introduce my reactive pup to her dog, Scott. This led to a perfect introduction for the pups and led them to become best friends instantly. Her briefing and vetting process was very detailed and thorough to ensure the safety of my dog as well as hers. Once I booked with Joana for 4 weeks, she continued to shower my dog with love and constantly updated us with pictures, videos, and overall progress reports. When Astro began developing an ear infection, she immediately informed me and proactively took him to the vet, with my permission at every step of the process. I found myself looking forward to Astro's updates provided by Joana every single day! Leaving a beloved member of your family in someone else's care is a difficult process but Joana's constant care and love for Astro was extremely comforting. Astro was happy to be back home at the end of his boarding but it was very apparent that he had formed a bond with Joana and her family - he seemed to miss them very much! I 100% recommend Joana's family and will personally be using their services again! Lots of love, Astro and his family!”

“My dog had a great time staying with Mel and Mike for four days! She was very well taken care of. I received pictures, a video and various updates of how she was doing. They followed her medication and eating schedules daily to ensure consistency. I am very grateful for all they did for my pup and will definitely not hesitate to contact them again in the future. It’s so hard to leave your dog with someone new - but this was an exceptional experience!”

“Jann and her partner were the best caretakers for our dog! We went on a vacation for a week, and this was the first time we would be apart from our dog for that long. We were very worried at first, but Jann assured us that everything would be okay. She suggested a trial to see if our dog could adjust quickly. We brought him over for an overnight stay one week before our trip. On the day of the trip, we brought Oreo to their house with all of our dog's stuff. They sent us updates, videos, and pictures on a daily basis, and we couldn't have been happier! Oreo quickly adjusted and we could see that he was well taken care of. They even gave him a bath during his stay! I would recommend Jann for peace of mind while you are away from your pet.”
