“Alexa is great, very loving and attentive. She takes Mila out often during the day and makes sure she's ready for the long drive home. Mila was excited and happy to go back to Alexa's and we will book again when needed. Alexa is flexible and easy to work with, Thank you so much!!”
4. Mia B.
“Wow, nobody ever wanted her own dog more than Mia. Before she even owned a dog, she was doing dog pet portraits, dreaming of dogs and just endlessly searching for the right rescue. Since that miraculous day when she brought her own pup home from the shelter, neither has been the same. How many adoptees have clothes made for them? How about homemade dog toys? Mia loves getting walked by her dog on the trails and of course, walking by the lake isn't even worth considering without her pup. So thoughtful and kind, Mia bonds with people and pets readily. She's the ultimate pet person. Just ask her dog!!”
5. Sarah B.
“Sarah and her family were fabulous with our puppy. I was nervous to leave him for his first time, but when Sarah and her kids met us outside, Ozzy was so happy and relaxed. That made me happy and relaxed. I received several pictures during the day. And when I arrived to pick him up, I found a happy and tired puppy! I highly recommend Sarah!”

About: I have two cats currently, and I have extensive experience growing up with both dogs and cats in the family household and contributing to the necessary chores and care. I have a background working at a dog kennel and jump at any opportunity to engage with the pets of friends and family. I work from home full-time supporting IT at a fully-remote organization operating on Eastern Time. I have full control over my calendar and infrequent appointments or calls because I deliver high-quality work. I typically allow my own pets to roam freely within permitted areas, while consistently enforcing boundaries around unauthorized areas. My pets are aware of acceptable locations and behaviors and while they are behaving I am happy to be actively engaged with them if they are interested (or not!). As long as rules are not being broken, I am happy to let the pet sets the tone for activity or can gently encourage a specific activity. By maintaining a positive, enthusiastic engagement with my pets and meeting them at their energy level, I build a safe environment for them to thrive and feel comfortable.

About: I've been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. I have lived with dogs 2/3 of my life and took care of my many many pets, from my family dogs and my friends dogs. I have a strong connection with all dogs instantly and I do give them a lot of love and provide them with excellent care. My dogs are well fed, walked daily, no kennels or cages and free to wonder the backyard and house. They also sleep in my bed! If you are looking for a great care taker from a person who loves animals then please contact me. I am freelancer working from home, so I am pretty flexible with my time. I am available daily and I can work with your schedule as-well. I have a fenced backyard and two goofy dogs to keep company to your puppy when it is staying with us. I also have crate and can use it when necessary or in need, at your request, but would prefer not too. Daily walks are a must with my pups at off-leash friendly places and trials, so they can get plenty of exercise and enjoy the nature.
15. Heather L.
“Heather has been taking our two pups once per week for months now. She’s reliable, communicative, super friendly, flexible, and clearly loves dogs. We have two little kids and a crazy schedule, and she has managed to fit perfectly into that chaos! Thank you heather!”
16. Jackie C.
“Jackie is an excellent dog sitter. She is very conscientious and communicative. She took care of our two active and energetic pups for a day and managed to keep them happy and entertained. She obviously loves and cares for animals and we would gladly leave our pups with her again.”
17. charlotte W.
“Charlotte has been a part-time sitter for our dog Lani for the past five years and Lani LOVES her! She’s a caring and considerate sitter and often times goes above and beyond her responsibilities for Lani (like getting special treats for her). We highly recommend Charlotte for any pet caring duties.”
18. Elyse E.
“I am Elyse's brother, and am biased, but the bottom line is ANY DOG WOULD BE LUCKY TO HAVE ELYSE CARING FOR THEM. Since she got Spot when she was three, she has loved dogs more than anyone I know, is highly responsible, and understands the different personalities and needs certain breeds and individual dogs might need. Elyse is exceptional when it comes to caring for "senior" dogs. She adopted her Australian Shepard named Pepper when Pepper was 8, and I swear that dog lived a greater second life than any dog ever has. Elyse took Pepper everywhere. Hikes in the mountains, daily trips to the dog park, road trips, restaurants, or picking up friends and family at the airport are just a few of the many ways she showed that dog the world. As Pepper grew into a senior dog, Elyse cared for her much like we do for the people we love who need assistance, and could often be seen pulling her in her homemade dog "stroller" around the block when Pepper's arthritis made it difficult to walk long distances. After Pepper passed away, she soon thereafter adopted a puppy Aussie named Dusty. While far more active than Pepper was in her senior years, she understands and happily accomodates the high activity needs of a young Aussie. Overall, whether you have a senior dog or rambunctious puppy, rest assured they will be responsibly and lovingly cared for with Elyse.”
19. Anthony S.
“Anthony is the best! He is a natural with knowing how to care for dogs and is one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve met. My young, crazy rescue pup was very content with him!! I’d give Anthony more than 5 stars if I could.”
20. Jayne T.
