My job ran overtime and he was very nice and flexible about my late pick up My dog came and home very relaxed and happy. Thank you Drew!”

“I can always tell when my dog has been well cared for. She comes home happy and relaxed. Evan took excellent care of my dog, making sure she ate her food and took her medications, which can be tricky at times. In addition, I have a senior dog and she has to go for frequent walks. Evan took excellent care to make sure she was walked frequently! I would definitely re-book my dog with Evan for another extended stay. He was an excellent communicator with daily updates, photos and videos, which were much appreciated. He put my mind at ease while I was and ensuring my dog was well-cared for.”

“Caroline watched our girl Luci for us for three nights and Luci had the best time! Caroline was very responsive and kept us updated with pictures throughout the stay. Caroline also had dogs with her for daycare during the days and Luci made so many new friends and came home tired and happy. We will definitely send Luci back to Caroline soon!”

We were first time Rover users, and Natasha went above and beyond to make sure our shy dog was comfortable: giving lots of personalized attention, making special peanut butter treats, and even sleeping on the couch with her for a couple nights when she was feeling especially anxious. We got frequent updates with photos and stories of how each day was going, so we always had peace of mind knowing that our dog was being well cared for. Highly recommend Natasha!”

She’s strong enough to handle a tough independent minded hound but also has a very sensitive personality. He’s generally aloof with strangers but took to Julia immediately. “Mathew boarded my min pin Chico for 6 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Matthew and Chico met some weeks before he was boarded and that went so nicely. Matthew was attentive, punctual, caring and he sent me daily updates and pictures on how Chico was doing. It was useful to me to know that Chico would not be with other dogs during this stay. Chico got very personal attention including Matthew giving him his daily medicines. I would certainly board Chico again with Matthew.”
